Marc is a leading Exercise Physiologist, with over 12 years experience in the field of sports performance enhancement and muscular skeletal rehabilitation. Marc has worked with many top athletes and teams and sporting organisations including the Houston Rockets Basketball Team, former world No 1. tennis player Andy Roddick and Tennis NSW. Marc currently is the strength and conditioning trainer for the world’s number 1 doubles pair Mike and Bob Bryan.
In 2004 Marc developed the OPT Wests Ashfield Health Studio to provide a range of professional services and programs for elite and aspiring athletes, rehabilitation patients and general population fitness training.

Michelle graduated from the University of Otago in Dunedin, NZ with a Bachelor of Physical Education majoring in Exercise Prescription. During this time Michelle was involved in training programs and research studies involving runners and skiers at the NZ Academy of Sport.
In 2005 Michelle completed a second degree in Human Nutrition. In conjunction with these studies she worked at Dunedin Fitness Center personal training and consulting for 12 week weight loss programs.
Michelle has been working at OPT West Ashfield Health Studio since 2006 where she has been providing high quality training to individuals seeking to improve their health and wellbeing.

Gemma graduated from University of Sydney and has established herself as a leading Exercise Physiologist in Sydney. Gemma joined us in 2007 after working in a health club in Sydney. Gemma brings her bubbly personality to your training and has fast become a favorite at OPT.
