Cinnamon and Banana Porridge
Cooking Time: 5 mins
- ½ cup rolled oats (not instant or quick oats)
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 250mL lite milk
- 100mL water
- ½ banana
1. Place oats, cinnamon, milk and water in a bowl.
2. Cook uncovered in the microwave on high power for 1½ minutes. Stir.
3. Cook for another minute. Repeat if necessary until it boils and thickens, and becomes smooth and creamy.
4. Add sliced banana on top.
5. Serve immediately.
