- New South Wales -

LIVERPOOL - CLIENT INTAKE OFFICER (SALES)

Full time position providing client intake support to all new and existing clients within our business. The role will also provide a high level of support to the Director and Marketing Team in working on Strategic sales / customer service ideas within the business. This is a key position and is instrumental in delivering a high standards to our existing clients and new client referrals. 

Liverpool & Campbelltown Paediatric Physiotherapist - Private Practice

The role will have a main paediatric caseload, and will encompass in-clinic gym and hydrotherapy appointments, as well as home visits. Due to the strong focus on the disability sector, we are seeking someone who also has some experience working with disability and/or hospital neurorehabilitation experience.

Occupational Therapist - Multiple locations available

The roles are NDIS focused and involves providing NDIS & Disability assessments, intervention and therapies, both in a clinic and a community/ home setting for paediatric, adolescent and adult clients.

Being an Occupational Therapist who is vastly experienced in home modifications, therapy programs and comprehensive reports writing, as well as various clinical assessments would also be of advantage

Full Time Physiotherapist - Blacktown

This full time role provides a fantastic opportunity for a physiotherapist with a passion and desire to work in the disability space, wanting to work in a company that is making a real difference in people’s lives.

You will have a primarily disability caseload, treating a broad spectrum  of patient conditions and patient streams. Your role will encompass in-clinic gym and hydrotherapy pool with underwater treadmills and home appointments. 

Exercise Physiologist - Blacktown

This full time role is based in Blacktown, and provides a fantastic opportunity to be exposed to a vast variety of patient conditions and patient streams, including; musculoskeletal rehabilitation, disability management, postural correction, chronic disease management and weight loss.  Optimum also provides professional development opportunities with mentoring from senior roles within the business.

- SOUTHERN TABLELANS/HIGHLANDS -

GOULBURN - Occupational Therapist

Full time  position providing NDIS & Disability assessments, intervention and therapies, both in a clinic and a community/ home setting for paediatric, adolescent and adult clients. Optimum also provides ongoing support and mentored by our head of clinical OT.

GOULBURN - Speech Pathologist

With a strong NDIS and disability focus, this will be challenging and rewarding role for the right person, with lots of scope for development and diverse application of your professional skills and experience. This role provides a vast variety of patient conditions and patient streams, and includes paediatric and adults clients.

- BATEMAN'S BAY -

Bateman's Bay - Front Office Manager - Allied Health

Part time role working as an Officer Manager you will be responsible for the daily running of the office and coordinating our wonderful team. You will be the face of the company at our new Bateman’s Bay location. A very important part of this role is leading a team, so demonstrated leader ship skills is a must.

HOBART - Administrator / Client Retention - Allied Health

The full time position is highly focused on inbound customer service contact and clinical based administrative tasks. The key focus is delivering exceptional service to our lovely clients at our Moonah clinic. You will efficiently respond to customer enquiries and consistently increase retention secession rates within the business. We require a customer service SUPERSTAR to provide the most professional, empathetic and efficient customer service to our lovely clients.
